These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Imposter X mobile application (the "App") provided by StepX LLC ("StepX," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
The App may offer an auto-renewing subscription, Imposter X Pro, that unlocks additional categories and features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way. The App is a party game; you are responsible for the content of any custom words or names you enter on your device.
The App, including its design, content, and trademarks, is owned by StepX LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StepX LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
